Twenty years ago, ES-Tec was founded with the ambition of providing high-quality engineering services for the automotive industry. What began in Wolfsburg has grown over the past two decades into an internationally positioned company that supports customers throughout the entire development process and now operates far beyond Germany.
The past years have been characterised by continuous growth. New capabilities, a steadily growing team and long-standing partnerships with leading companies in the automotive industry – above all the Volkswagen Group – have established ES-Tec as a trusted engineering partner.
Today, ES-Tec is represented by locations in Germany, across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. In particular, the Casablanca site has developed into a key international engineering centre and makes a significant contribution to the company’s growth. Together with the new locations in Barcelona and Silicon Valley, it reflects ES-Tec’s consistent international strategy.
Another major milestone was the merger with Tata Technologies. Together, ES-Tec combines European engineering expertise with a global development network, creating the foundation to deliver international projects with flexibility, scalability and outstanding speed of execution.
ES-Tec continues to pursue its growth strategy in this anniversary year. With its new headquarters in Wolfsburg, the continued expansion of its engineering centre in Casablanca and the new locations in Barcelona and Silicon Valley, the company is strengthening its international presence and laying the foundation for further growth in the world’s leading automotive and technology regions.
The 20th anniversary is therefore much more than a look back. It represents two decades of successful company development and reflects ES-Tec’s ambition to actively shape the future of mobility. With a strong team, an international footprint and a clear focus on innovative engineering solutions, ES-Tec looks confidently to the next 20 years.
